§ Mr. Graham Pageasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government and Minister for Welsh Affairs what decision he has reached on the question whether an order should be made derating houses in particular localities for the purposes of rating valuation lists coming into force in April, 1963.
Dr. HillI have decided that no derating order is needed, either in general or for particular localities, and this is explained in a White Paper, Revaluation for Rates in 1963 (Cmnd. 1663), copies of which have been placed in the Vote Office today.
