§ Sir D. EcclesTwo-year courses on the lines recommended in the Young-husband Report started last September at Colleges of Further Education in London, Birmingham and Liverpool. Four more colleges will start similar courses next September. It will be for the Training Council proposed in the Bill at present before Parliament to consider what arrangements should be made for part-time courses.
