Dr. HillMy predecessor published in the OFFICIAL REPORT on 28th March, 1961, a full statement on the working of the scheme from its inception in 1956. The answer I gave to the hon. Member for Aberavon (Mr. Morris) on 2nd March, 1962, contained information about progress in the current year and I cannot usefully add anything at the moment.
