§ Mr. Biggs-Davisonasked the Lord Privy Seal whether any further proportion of the contributions to the United Nations International Children's Emergency Fund has been made available for extraneous purposes in the Congo or elsewhere since the repayment of $10 millions to the Fund on 27th December, 1961.
