Johnsonasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government and Minister for Welsh Affairs which county councils have not yet completed the surveys of rights of way within their areas, as provided for under the National Parks and Access to the Countryside Act, 1949; and what action he proposes to take to have such surveys completed without further delay.
