asked the Secretary of State for Air how many civil servants, established or permanent, and temporary, respectively, were employed in the Air Ministry on 1st March, 1951, and 1st March, 1962, or the nearest available dates; and what were the totals, respectively, of the salaries and wages paid on those dates.
