96. Mr. Woodburn

asked the Secretary of State for Scotland what arrangements are to be made for the use of the Forth Road Bridge and the avoidance of hold- ups on the flow of traffic by toll charging obstacles.

Such arrangements are a matter for the Joint Board and are now being investigated by the Board's consulting engineers. I am confident that the arrangements which the Board will adopt will cause the minimum of delay to traffic.
