§ 40. Mr. Pargiterasked the Lord Privy Seal whether he will oppose the United States' proposals that have been made to the North Atlantic Treaty Organisation for the withdrawal of normal trading relations with Cuba by members of the Organisation, except as may be approved by the United Nations.
