§ Mr. MarplesThe whole of the urban district of Chigwell lies within the area covered by the Greater London Traffic Survey. Interviews of a sample of households and goods vehicle operators will be held in the Urban District, and roadside interviews will be held on the main roads crossing its north-eastern boundary.
