asked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food what is the value to the British livestock industry of orders for breeding cattle, pigs, and other livestock placed this year by countries in the Soviet bloc.

No information on orders is available. Excluding poultry and horses, £84,381 worth of livestock was exported to Sovietbloc countries in the first ten months of this year; details are given in the table below. Except for cattle, the information available does not show breeding animals separately.
