§ Mr. Boydenasked the Minister of Education if he will take steps to ensure that students paying fees to correspondence colleges receive satisfactory instruction, that grants paid by local education authorities to students taking correspondence courses are used to the best advantage, and that overseas students taking correspondence courses are protected from fraud.
§ Sir E. BoyleCorrespondence colleges are not subject to my control, but I will consider whether there is anything I can usefully do to help in achieving those objectives.
