Mr. Dalyell

asked the Parliamentary Secretary for Science if, in consultation with the Council of the Royal Society, he will set up a secretariat of four or five full-time eminent scientists of stature, over the age at which they normally participate in original research work, to determine relative priorities in Britain's scientific effort.
