§ Mr. Vosper
My Department and others are at present examining the scope and arrangements for industrial training in Britain of people from overseas. The type of training to which the hon. Member refers forms part of this complex problem, which does not lie wholly within my field of responsibility. I158W would prefer not to make any statement at this stage.
This training is a valuable form of technical assistance to developing countries and Her Majesty's Government much appreciates the public spirit of the companies which provide such facilities.
