§ 30. Mr. Edenasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government and Minister for Welsh Affairs whether, following the representations made to him concerning the possible consequences of the revaluation for rating in the county borough of Bournemouth, he will give special consideration to the circumstances peculiar to Bournemouth with a view to cushioning the immediate effects of any serious redistribution in the rate burden.
§ Mr. CorfieldIf the outcome of the revaluation should prove to be materially different from the estimates in Cmnd. 1663 my right hon. Friend will, of course, be prepared to review the conclusion reached in that document that no derating order would be justified.
