asked the Minister of Transport whether he intends to implement the Rochdale Report so far as Port Talbot is concerned.

Mr. Marples

This is a matter in the first place for negotiation between British Transport Docks and the Steel Company of Wales. I understand that discussions are in progress and I await their outcome with interest.
