§ 43. Mr. Bullardasked the Minister of Transport what further steps he is taking to remove the danger to shipping caused by the wreck lying in the channel of the harbour at Brancaster, Norfolk.
§ Mr. MarplesA bouy marking this wreck was laid by Trinity House on my behalf in September, 1961, and it has since been fitted with "Scotchlite" reflector panels as the result of a suggestion made by the fishermen of Brancaster that this would be an advantage to them.
Continuous efforts have been made to get Mr. Clark, the owner to remove the wreck but I have no power to compel him to do so. There is no general navigation in the area.
