Mr. Padleyasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government and Minister for Welsh Affairs what conclusions he has reached on the representations made to his Department on 8th 139W December, 1961, by the Glamorgan Boroughs and Urban District Councils' Association on the question of financing houses to replace the obsolete aluminium bungalows referred to in Circular No. 45/61.
