§ Mr. MarplesI have set up a Shipping Advisory Panel under my own chairmanship to advise me on commercial and economic matters affecting the future prosperity of British shipping.146W The members of the Panel are drawn from the employers and the trades unions in the shipping industry, from other industry and from Government Departments. My hon. and gallant Friend, the Parliamentary Secretary, will be the vice-chairman. A list of the members is given below.
