asked the President of the Board of Trade When he expects to receive the Report of the Molony Committee on Consumer Protection.

I understand that the Committee hopes to submit its Report on 25th April. I shall arrange for it to be printed and presented as a Command Paper as soon as possible, but as the Report will apparently be a long one this must take some time.
