§ 69. Mr. Milneasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government and Minister for Welsh Affairs what plans he has for drawing the attention of private builders to his Department's technical advice on building standards.
§ Mr. RipponWe are preparing a series of design bulletins on various problems associated with the building of houses and flats. A number of these will be published shortly, and my right hon. Friend hopes that private builders will make full use of them. In addition the Ministry's adaptable house shown this year at the Ideal Home Exhibition has given valuable publicity to the standards recommended in the recent report of the Central Housing Advisory Committee.
