Listed below are the schemes involving treatment of spoil heaps which have been submitted by local authorities since the beginning of 1960 for loan sanction approval or the making of a grant. Many other schemes have been undertaken by local authorities and other bodies in circumstances where my right hon. Friend's approval is not needed, but information about them is necessarily incomplete.
