§ THE MINISTER WITHOUT PORTFOLIO (LORD MILLS)The draft of a revised Convention for the avoidance of double taxation between the United Kingdom and South Africa was initialled in Cape Town on 15th January, 1962. It is expected that this Convention will be signed shortly.
