Mr. Snowasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government and Minister for Welsh Affairs what advice he now proposes to give to the Staffordshire County Council concerning the proposed purchase by the Lichfield Rural District Council of Fradley Airport as regards the council's proposal for conditional designation, the need to prevent further spoliation and the need to secure purchase in one lot.
