§ 51. Mr. A. Lewisasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government and Minister for Welsh Affairs, in view of the fact that many county councils, county borough, and borough councils have now expressed their opposition to Her Majesty's Government's proposals for local government reform, if he will postpone a final decision on these matters until after the next General Election.
