asked the Lord Privy Seal whether negotiations with regard to fishing limits are still proceeding between the Russian Government and his Department.

asked the Lord Privy Seal what progress has been made in the talks with the Russian Government on fishing limits; and if he will make a statement.

asked the Lord Privy Seal if he will make a statement about the progress of negotiations with the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics on fishery limits.
