§ Mr. Denzil FreethIn December, 1960, the Medical Research Council published its second report "The Hazards to Man of Nuclear and Allied Radiations" which includes an assessment of the possible effects of radioactive fall-out on germ cells. In addition, the results of the research supported by the Medical Research Council into the genetic effects of radiation are published.
