§ Mr. VosperThe Government's education programme already takes account of the needs of students from overseas countries. My Department is naturally concerned to ensure that a reasonable proportion of places in educational institutions in this country go to such students; for this purpose we are in close and continuous touch with other Departments and with the educational institutions concerned in Britain.
