§ Sir R. Robinsonasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies whether he is prepared to discuss proposals for amending the new Maltese Constitution with the Maltese political parties, in view of the criticism levelled against the Constitution in Malta.
§ Mr. MaudlingI do not propose to recommend any changes in the recently published new Constitution, but I shall certainly be ready to consider any representations from the next elected Government of Malta.
