§ Mr. Callaghanasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies what reply he has made the East African High Commission Association of Professional Technical and Executive Officers, the East African Railways and Harbours European Staff Association, and the East African Posts and Telecommunications European Staff Association who have endorsed the complaints made to him about their future conditions of service following a special general meeting of the Senior Civil Servants' Association in Kenya.
