§ Mr. RipponThe proposal has been considered in relation to the safety of flying aircraft and of the public in the area. Since the company intends to use the area within the approaches to the runway for underground storage and4W vehicle parking only, I do not regard its proposals as a hazard to flying nor as materially increasing the number of people working within the approaches.
