Mr. Morrisasked the Postmaster-General whether he will take steps to amend the Charter of the British Broadcasting Corporation to make it obligatory on its General Advisory Council to disclose to what extent its panel for Wales has fulfilled its obligations under the Charter of consulting with such representative cultural, religious and other bodies in Wales as it thinks fit before selecting for appointment members of the National Broadcasting Council for Wales.
