§ Mr. Pavittasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department what further action has been taken by the Commissioner of Police for the Metropolis to abate the nuisance caused to residents of Furness Road, N.W.10, by the activities of a waste recovery factory 125W in that area, since the reply given to the hon. Member for Willesden, West, on 7th July, 1960.

§ Mr. Pavittasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department what reports he has received from the Commissioner of Police for the Metropolis regarding accidents and damage to property caused by lorries used by a waste recovery factory in the Furness Road, N.W.10, area, similar to the damage to 18, Bramston Road, N.W.10, particulars of which have been sent to him by the hon. Member for Willesden, West.
§ Mr. R. A. ButlerI am informed by the Commissioner of Police that the damage caused to 18, Bramston Road was not reported to the police and that he has received no complaints since the date of this incident of damage to property caused by vehicles belonging to the factory concerned.
