§ 74. Mr. H. Hyndasked the Secretary of State for Commonwealth Relations whether, after South Africa has left the Commonwealth, a High Commissioner will be appointed with sole responsibility for the three High Commission Territories of Bechuanaland, Basutoland, and Swaziland.
