This is best done through the constant attention Her Majesty's Inspectors give to ways in which the teaching of biology can be improved. Their most recent advice is to be found in the pamphlet "Science in Secondary Schools" published last year. Later this year my Department will be publishing a pamphlet on the teaching of science in primary schools.
