§ Sir D. EcclesEncouraging progress continues to be made. I gave examples in my replies to the hon. Member for Feltham (Mr. Hunter) on 15th December last and to the hon. Member for Hertfordshire, South-West (Mr. Longden) on 2nd March. I am particularly glad to hear of good co-operation between local authorities and the voluntary organizations.
