§ Mr. P. ThomasMr. Rosario was medically examined on 14th April, 1958. He claimed to be of Portuguese nationality and while this claim was being investigated he joined the Merchant Navy. Call-up action was accordingly suspended until he left the Merchant Navy when he was medically.
