§ Mr. SandysIn accordance with customary Tswana law the permission of the Chief of an area is required before any meeting, other than a normal Kgotla can be held in his area. A similar customary law is followed in African communities organised on a tribal basis and living outside the tribal areas. Otherwise no permits are required.
