§ 63. Mr. Abseasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department what are the circumstances in which a 17-year-old boy, whose name has been supplied to him, who is an idiopathic epileptic, has been detained in Cardiff Prison for more than a month without any stabilisation treatment; why it was unknown to the prison authorities that they were receiving an idiopathic epileptic; and whether the boy will be removed from this adult prison to an institution where he may receive appropriate medical treatment.
