The respective increases in the use of coal, oil, gas and electricity were 4 per cent., 17 per cent., 4 per cent. and 13 per cent.

§ Mr. WoodTotal inland energy consumption in Scotland was 25 million tons of coal equivalent in 1960 compared with 23 million tons of coal equivalent in 1959. The respective increases in the use of coal, oil, gas and electricity were 6 per cent., 14 per cent., 2 per cent. and 11 per cent.
