§ Mr. WoodNo. All the aspects of British membership of the Common Market will be carefully examined before there is any decision to enter into negotiations with the European Economic Community or the European Coal and Steel Community. I do not think that it is necessary to set up a formal committee to consider the effects of membership of the Community upon the coal industry.
