§ The Prime MinisterA request that I should receive a representative of the National Democratic Party of Southern70W Rhodesia was received by telephone on 9th June. The reply was that my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Commonwealth Relations would be happy to see him, but he has not so far availed himself of this invitation. The request was repeated in a letter dated 13th June and I repeated the reply.
