§ 74 and 75. Mr. Grimond
asked the Secretary of State for Commonwealth Relations (1) what representations he has made to the Canadian Government against their proposal to exclude Commonwealth ships from domestic trade in the Great Lakes;
(2) if he will represent to the Canadian Government that the British Commonwealth Merchant Shipping Agreement 72W entitles all Commonwealth shipping to equal treatment on the Great Lakes.
§ Mr. Sandys
