Mr. Ellis Smithasked the Minister of Health if he is satisfied with the functioning of the administrative committees for hospitals, and with the information provided by them to representative bodies and the public; if he is satisfied that trades councils are adequately represented on these administrative committees; and whether he will take steps to ensure that, in future, local authorities, trades councils and chambers of commerce shall be the nominating organisations for all representatives.
