§ 98. Sir Richard Glynasked the Minister of Labour whether he will issue a further White Paper showing the progress being achieved under the auspices 120W of the National Joint Advisory Council in removing practices impeding the full and efficient use of manpower.
§ Mr. HareThis matter has been discussed in my National Joint Advisory Council, and I am now proposing a thorough study of the whole problem to follow up the work which was inaugurated by my predecessor who published the White Paper in February, 1959.
