§ 110. Mr. Frank Allaunasked the Attorney-General if he will recommend the appointment of an additional High Court judge having regard to the arrears in the Queen's Bench Division, the Court of Appeal and the Court of Criminal Appeal.
§ The Attorney-GeneralMy noble Friend the Lord Chancellor has considered the position carefully. He is not satisfied that in the present situation he would be justified in recommending the appointment of another High Court judge.
