§ Mr. Skeetasked the Attorney-General if he will state the total number of evictions recorded under the Rent Act at the Willesden County Court for the first six months of 1961, giving also the number of consent orders and cases pending.
§ The Attorney-GeneralI assume that my hon. Friend is referring to orders for the possession of premises to which the Rent Act of 1957 applies. During the first six months of 1961 eleven such orders have been made at the Willesden County Court, five of them by consent. Three applications for orders for possession were pending on the 30th June, 1961.
