82. Mr. Lindsayasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government and Minister for Welsh Affairs what estimate, expressed as a percentage, he has made of the increase in rates to be paid by industry as a net result of the new derating proposal together with reassessment.
§ Mr. BrookeThere are too many imponderables to make such an estimate at the present stage. But I would invite my hon. Friend's attention to the general explanation which I gave to the House on 30th November last.
