§ Mr. MaudlingIt was necessary to hold back publication of Mr. Faulks's report, which dealt with H. Jasper & Co., Ltd., until criminal proceedings on matters covered by the report had been concluded. Thereafter publication was timed to coincide with the related report by Mr. Lawson on the State Building Society.
