§ Mr. HareThere are 415 factory inspectors who are empowered to enter a private residence which is part of the same building as a factory to check fire warning arrangements; and 181 wages inspectors who are empowered to enter premises provided by an employer as living accommodation for workers, but not the homes of outworkers.
