§ Mr. PowellI have seen the report of certain actions to reduce the exceptionally high cost of drugs and dressings at the Royal Lancaster Infirmary. There is no inconsistency between these actions and anything in the Cohen Committee's Reports on prescribing by general medical practitioners.
